SCOPE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1

These terms and conditions govern participation in the NIKE Most Wanted competition ("Most Wanted").

1.2

These Terms and Conditions form, and you hereby agree that you are entering into, an agreement with NIKE UK Ltd, 22 Ganton Street, London, W1F 7BY ("NIKE").

1.3

Participation in Most Wanted is only permitted if this agreement is entered into between you and NIKE; if you are under 18 years of age, parental consent must be granted. Failure by minors to provide parental consent when required by NIKE will give NIKE the option to terminate this agreement.

PRECONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/REGISTRATION

2.1

The Most Wanted competition will be open to males above the age of 16 who are residents in the UK and Ireland only. Accordingly, you may apply to participate in Most Wanted, provided that you are male and at least 16 as at midnight on 5 July 2008. Employees (including their immediate families) of NIKE or any other individuals associated or connected with NIKE and/or Most Wanted are not permitted to enter. No purchase is necessary.

2.2

Numbers at Most Wanted trials are strictly limited and therefore applications are subject to availability. This number is decided upon by NIKE in its sole discretion and cannot be changed. Subject to clauses 1.3 and 2.1 above, NIKE will consider applications on a first come, first served basis and otherwise in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions. NIKE will not accept applications once all places in Most Wanted are full and applicants are advised to submit applications as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

2.3

Applicants must complete and submit the online registration form which can be found at www.nikefootball.com ("Online Registration Form"). All successful applicants (hereinafter referred to as "ENTRANTS") will be notified by way of an email confirmation by NIKE that they have been allocated a place to take part in Most Wanted ("Online Confirmation"). The submission of the Online Registration Form and receipt of the Online Confirmation shall constitute an entry to Most Wanted.

2.4

The relevant date for registration shall be the date NIKE sends the Online Confirmation. NIKE is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer/Internet transmissions or other errors or malfunctions of any kind which may prevent receipt by NIKE of an Online Registration Form or receipt by an applicant of an Online Confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, if, for any reason whatsoever, an applicant does not receive an Online Confirmation, said applicant shall not be considered to be an ENTRANT and NIKE shall not be responsible for the applicant's failed application.

2.5

ENTRANTS may attend more than one Most Wanted trial at the discretion of the team at all the trials in which the ENTRANT wishes to compete.

2.6

Participation in the Most Wanted trial and training camp will only be permitted for registered ENTRANTS wearing appropriate football clothing and footwear. All ENTRANTS participating in the Most Wanted trial or training camp must wear the Nike top provided by NIKE at the trial or training camp for the duration of their participation in the trial and/or training camp.

2.7

If you arrive late for your Most Wanted trial (or for the Most Wanted training camp), this will invalidate your place in the trial or training camp.

The competition is run by NIKE. Full details of NIKE can be found at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

PARTICIPANTS DECLARATION

3.1

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for your participation in Most Wanted. You acknowledge that participation in Most Wanted is not possible without validly entering into this agreement on these terms and conditions.

3.2

You acknowledge that participation in Most Wanted involves inherent risks of accidents and injury, even if ENTRANTS comply with the rules of the competition.

3.3

Participation in Most Wanted is at your own risk.

3.4

You confirm without reservation that you are in a good physical condition to participate in Most Wanted.

3.5

You confirm that you have sufficient liability and health insurance in place in order to participate in Most Wanted and acknowledge that you have no claim against NIKE in relation to provision of such insurance.

3.6

You confirm that you will neither use during participation nor bring along to the trial or training camp any drugs or impermissible performance enhancing substances or other substances that are illegal under statute. NIKE reserves the right to refuse attendance at, or participation in, Most Wanted by any persons found to have consumed or to have in their possession any drugs, illegal substances, performance enhancing substances or intoxicants of any kind.

3.7

You confirm that you will not publish or post to any website or other media operated by NIKE or related to Most Wanted any text, statement, photograph, image or other material which is obscene, blasphemous, defamatory, infringes the intellectual property or other legal rights of any third party or is otherwise unlawful, offensive or inappropriate. NIKE will have the right to remove any material at its discretion and take appropriate legal action against any person found to be or alleged to be in breach of this clause 3.7.

JOURNEYS RELATING TO THE COMPETITION

4.1

Your journeys to and from each Most Wanted trial and any element of Most Wanted shall be entirely at your own risk.

4.2

NIKE will pay the reasonable travel expenses for the competition winners to travel to the Most Wanted training camp. Travel will be organised on behalf of the winning ENTRANTS from designated UK and Ireland locations. Individuals will be responsible for the cost of their journey to and from these designated locations.

ORGANISATION OF MOST WANTED

5.1

NIKE organises Most Wanted and appoints the judges and the Most Wanted Head Coach for the competition in its sole discretion.

5.2

Most Wanted trials will take place in London, Birmingham, Newcastle, Liverpool, Glasgow and Dublin (and such other locations as may be determined by NIKE in its sole discretion).

5.3

22 finalists shall be selected from the ENTRANTS. A minimum of 2 ENTRANTS shall be selected by the Most Wanted Head Coach at each Most Wanted trial (unless otherwise determined by NIKE in its absolute discretion). The 22 competitors who are judged to be the "most wanted" will win a place at the Most Wanted training camp.

5.4

The Most Wanted Head Coach's decision is final in all matters. No correspondence, debate or appeal will be entered into or permitted.

5.5

All ENTRANTS must be able to attend the Most Wanted trials on the dates outlined on www.nikefootball.com. No alternative trials or dates will be arranged.

5.6

All participants in Most Wanted will have their photo posted on the leader board at www.nikefootball.com. NIKE retains rights over this image and its use.

5.7

ENTRANTS that are not in compliance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted or eligible for participation in Most Wanted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. You will not be notified if your entry is not compliant.

5.8

The competition is open from 19/06/08 to 27/07/08 inclusive. The Most Wanted training camp will take place at a date and location determined by NIKE (which is provisionally intended to be in August 2008, but is subject to NIKE's absolute discretion).

5.9

NIKE reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this competition due to circumstances outside its control.

5.1

Subject to clause 8 below, under no circumstances will NIKE be in any way responsible for injuries or damage suffered or caused by ENTRANTS.

5.11

Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. NIKE will provide the winners of Most Wanted with as much notice as possible as to when the training camp will be scheduled. However, once this date is set, it is not capable of being rescheduled (save at NIKE's option). If any winner cannot attend the training session for whatever reason, no alternative date will be arranged.

5.12

Details of the winning ENTRANTS can be obtained after the competition has closed by contacting NIKE and enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.

5.13

The terms "Nike" and "Most Wanted" are the trade marks of NIKE. These terms cannot be copied or used in any way without prior written consent of NIKE.

5.14

You agree at all times whilst you are at the Most Wanted trials to abide by the reasonable directions of NIKE, its staff or contractors and to behave appropriately.

YOUR HEALTH

6.1

Subject to the clause 9 of these terms and conditions, in order to ensure the smooth administration of first aid and medical assistance in the case of an emergency, you authorise any first aid treatment or medical treatment needed as well as the necessary transport in relation to any such accidents, injuries or illnesses.

6.2

You shall be responsible for the costs of any such treatment or transport.

YOU, YOUR PICTURE, YOUR NAME, YOUR TEAM

7.1

It is NIKE's intention using all possible means, to publicly celebrate and announce all the winners of the Most Wanted tournament. This may include (at NIKE's sole discretion) reports and advertising in all areas of the media including film, television, radio, printed publications, Internet, mobile telephone services as well as announcements and advertising at promotional events. Advertising shall include but not be limited to advertising for Most Wanted, other NIKE events, NIKE's products or trade marks as well as products and trade marks of related companies and products and trade marks of possible cooperation partners for the implementation of Most Wanted.

7.2

You grant NIKE the exclusive, comprehensive, irrevocable and unlimited right to produce and make available photographs and / or film recordings and / or sound recordings of you in the context of Most Wanted, including any subsequent promotional events.

7.3

You grant NIKE the exclusive, comprehensive, irrevocable and unlimited right to conduct and make available interviews with you in the context of Most Wanted, including any subsequent promotional events.

7.4

You grant NIKE the exclusive, comprehensive, irrevocable and unlimited right to use at their discretion the produced photographs and / or film recordings and / or sound recordings in their original and / or modified form in whole or in part for the purposes of advertising or any media coverage including but not limited to cinema, video/DVD, television or radio, any printed publications including but not limited to books, magazines, newspapers and on the Internet including but not limited to depiction on website pages and emails and mobile telephone services.

7.5

You grant NIKE the exclusive, comprehensive, irrevocable and unlimited right to use at their discretion your and your team's name, likeness, image or facsimile image, signature, voice and other personal designations for the purposes of advertising or any media coverage, particularly those identified in clause 7.4 above.

7.6

You shall be available to a reasonable extent for any promotional activities following the end of the Most Wanted tournament and shall comply with NIKE's reasonable directions in relation to such promotional activities, including without limitation wearing Nike clothing and/or footwear as provided or stipulated by NIKE.

8

LIABILITY

8.1

NIKE shall be liable to you for damage or injury to life, body or health which is the result of negligent or wilful breach of any obligation on the part of NIKE.

8.2

Any liability on the part of NIKE is otherwise excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9

INDEMNITY

9.1

You shall and irrevocably agree to indemnify, hold harmless and reimburse NIKE from and for any sum, costs or expenses (including legal and professional fees) incurred, payable or paid by NIKE to any person (including the ENTRANT and/or any of the ENTRANT's insurers) in connection with any accident, loss, damage or injury (including death) arising out of the ENTRANT's attendance at and participation in Most Wanted, any trial therefor or any part thereof (except where any such injury or death is caused by the negligence of NIKE or any of its employees).

9.2

You shall and irrevocably agree to indemnify, hold harmless and reimburse NIKE from and for:
(i) all losses; and/or
(ii) all costs and expenses (including legal costs) that are payable or paid by NIKE to a third party caused by you in the context of your participation in Most Wanted or as a result of any breach by you of those terms and conditions.

You shall and irrevocably agree to indemnify, hold harmless and reimburse NIKE from and for:

DATA PROTECTION

10.1

NIKE is obliged to process and use any personal data obtained from you in connection with your participation in Most Wanted in accordance with data protection laws and regulations. Details of our data collection data processing and data transmission can be found in our Privacy Policy which may be viewed under http://www.nike.com/privacy/index.jsp.

10.2

To delete all of your online information from our database, you may write to NIKE at Nike UK Limited, 22 Ganton Street, London, W1F 7BY. In circumstances where you request the deletion of your profile, your attention is drawn to clause 10.3 below.

10.3

Subject to your right to modify or request the deletion of data from NIKE's database, you hereby acknowledge that it is a strict condition of participation in Most Wanted that all mandatory fields within your Online Registration Form are complete and correct at all times (both at and after the date of its submission). These fields include, without limitation, sex, first name, surname, date of birth, medical condition information and emergency contact details. You hereby acknowledge and agree that this information is required by NIKE in order to properly and safely administer and conduct Most Wanted, and NIKE reserves the right to refuse you entry to Most Wanted in circumstances where you either request the deletion of such mandatory information from your profile, or provides false or incomplete information.

FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1

This agreement between you and NIKE shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising in connection with it.

11.2

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions, whether in full or in part, is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all other remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.

The event

Can I go to more than one Most Wanted trial?

Yes. Although you'll have to register on the site with a different email address.

How will players be scored at Most Wanted?

The Most Wanted trials consist of a morning and afternoon session. Before lunch players will be put through a set of key drills, designed to test ability in key areas including shooting, passing, control, speed and mental agility. Players will be given a score out of 100 for each drill so will have an overall score out of 500.

The players that achieve the highest scores in the drills will make it through to the afternoon session where they will participate in small sided games and training drills. The Most Wanted will be picked from there.

Does Nike pay for transport to Most Wanted trials?

No. Transport to and from Most Wanted trials are the responsibility of individual players.

Exactly where are the Most Wanted trials being held?

Full venue details will be emailed to all players who successfully register in the week before their Most Wanted trial.

What if I can't make it to the Most Wanted trials?

If you are selected but are not able to attend the trial please let us know by emailing mostwanted@akqa.com.

What skills will be tested at Most Wanted?

Shooting, passing, control, speed (with and without the ball) and mental agility.

Who is running Most Wanted?

Most Wanted is being run by Nike UK in conjunction with the Premier League.

What should I wear on the day?

Bring your standard football gear. We will email you before the day letting you know if you need football boots or astro-turf trainers for your trial. Shin-pads are essential. Participation in the Most Wanted trial will only be permitted for registered players wearing appropriate football clothing and footwear.

Will there be changing facilities and somewhere to leave bags?

A baggage store area will be provided. We recommend that registered players do not bring any valuable items. Nike UK, their staff, agents and suppliers cannot be held responsible for the loss of participants' property during the Most Wanted trials.

What time do the trials start?

Most Wanted trials start at 10am. However, in order for all players to complete their registration, you will need to arrive at the venue no later than 9am. Please check your confirmation email for specific trial information.

When will I find out if I've made it through to the training camp?

You'll find out on the day of the trial if you've earned a place at the Most Wanted training camp.

Can I bring guests to watch me play?

You are able to invite guests to the venues but they will not be permitted onto the test area/playing surface.

Will there be a match at the end of the session?

The afternoon session at each trial will consist of game-play and match activities.

Can I practise the drills before the event?

Definitely. Take a look at the Most Wanted section on NikeFootball.com to see Nike athletes performing the Most Wanted drills.

Are refreshments provided during the day?

Light refreshments will be available and lunch will be provided to the 30 Most Wanted players progressing through to the afternoon.

Can I just turn up to a Most Wanted trial?

No. Due to limited places, you must pre-register for your trial.

Can I change which trial I attend once it's been confirmed?

If there are places still available at the trial you want to attend then we may be able to switch your place. Please send an email to the Most Wanted Team at mostwanted@akqa.com.

Do I have to pay to enter Most Wanted?

No. Most Wanted is free to enter.

Can I sign a friend up to Most Wanted?

Yes, just make sure you use all their details, email address etc. Otherwise they won't receive any communications about Most Wanted.

Is there an age limit for Most Wanted?

Players need to be at least 16 on 5 July 2008 to take part in Most Wanted. If you're between 16 and 17 years old, you'll need to get parental consent to take part.

Is Most Wanted open to men and women?

Sorry but, in line with FA rules and regulations (Rule C4) stating all football matches consisting of players over 12 years old must be of the same gender, we cannot accommodate female players in Most Wanted. How do I know if I've got a place at a Most Wanted trial?

You will receive an email and an SMS confirming your place at a Most Wanted trial.

I've registered but not received a confirmation email, what do I do?

Can I transfer my place at a Most Wanted trial to a friend?

No. Unfortunately places on Most Wanted trials are not transferrable.

The prize

What is the prize for winning Most Wanted?

Winners will attend an elite training camp in August – Sir Alex will also be in attendance. They will also get a VIP experience at the BootRoom at NikeTown London where they will receive a pair of Nike boots custom fit for their size and playing style.

What is the Nike Bootroom?

Nike Bootroom is a customisation studio where players are advised by design experts to design their own pair of football boots. You'll get advice on fit, design and finding the right performance elements for your game.

Where is the Nike Bootroom?

Nike Bootroom is in NikeTown London. 236 Oxford Street, London, W1C 1DE. Oxford Circus is the nearest tube station.

Will we get our boots immediately?

No. As the boots are designed especially for you they will take up to 4 weeks to be produced. We'll post them to you as soon as they're ready.

When is the Most Wanted final training camp?

This will take place in August 2008.

Where is the Most Wanted final training camp?

The players that make it through to the final Most Wanted training camp will be advised on the exact location after their trial.
